The key role of Operations Improvement Team is to continuously identifying best practices to improve processes, systems, infrastructure, equipment and human capital in Northport in order to provide world class services to our valued customers.
The team works closely with all business units and support units to control operating and administrative cost, eliminate wastages and motivate workforces to deliver highest performance/cost ratio. With the team members trained in information technology, engineering, industry engineering and financial, the team strives to deliver the best services to keep Northport as one of the leading port operators in the region.
