Legal & Admin Department

The Legal and Admin Department as a whole includes procurement and purchasing, store and a secretarial section. It acts as a major department especially in terms of completing secretarial duties and tasks for Northport.

The "legal" side of this department handles all legal matters pertaining to the company. This includes documentation, contracts, accidents and others. The Store is in charge of all matters related to inventory.

The procurement and purchasing section is responsible for the purchases of materials and services for Northport. This is linked closely to the legal section were all materials/services acquired are reviewed to ensure that no discrepancies arise.
