Northport (Malaysia) Bhd (‘Northport’) invites qualified companies which fulfill the Pre-Qualification requirements for the above works.

Interested companies participating this Pre-Qualification must meet the following criteria:-

(1) Company incorporated in Malaysia or foreign companies with locally appointed agents/partners. (Detailed company profile/structure of company)

(2) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) with relevant experience, financial capabilities and resources. (Capabilities statement with minimum Paid-Up Capital of RM500,000).

(3) Company registered with ‘Kementerian Kewangan Malaysia’ (KKM)(Certified copy of licence / certificate from the Ministry)

(4) Successfully undertaken / completed or specialized in the Maintenance Services of these equipments (list of completed projects undertaken)

(5) Certified copy of the last 3-years Financial Statements/Audited Accounts of the company.

(6) Copy of Method statement of the works and schedules of maintenance service.

Pre-Qualification Application must be completed, signed and copy of documents / certificates / licences must be duly certified.

Pre-Qualification Application & documents must be submitted in sealed envelope labeled with the Project Title and to be deposited into the "TENDER BOX" before the Closing Date and Time, as follows:-

Northport will not be responsible for non-receipt and/or late submission of documents.Non-compliance with the instructions/conditions/requirements or insufficient data will be disqualified or rejected. Proof of posting shall not be accepted as evidence of submission. Only shortlisted companies will be invited for the full tender. Northport will not be responsible for whatsoever cost incurred by the companies.
