NORTHPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE
Our vision is to enable customers to make the fullest possible use of Northport. That is why we have opened a dedicated Northport Customer Service Centre at Wisma A of the Main Office Building. The objective of establishing a customer service centre is in line with our mission of being a customer centric organisation.
Northport's Customer Service Centre assists in meeting the needs of our customers where trained personnels are at hand to attend to customer enquiries on all aspects of our core business. Apart from the front line customer service personnels, the centre is equipped with computer terminals to offer free access to real-time interactive information covering all areas of cargo and container shipment tracking. This service is aimed at providing walk-in customers the facility to check the status of their shipment.
The customer service centre provides services under one roof to meet the needs of our customers. It combines a sophisticated yet casually comfortable ambience filled with warmth and hospitality for our valued customers.
Through its shared resources capability, Northport aims to provide customers with a one stop shop that provides the best possible service and greater convenience by minimising waiting time. Customers can use various conduits to channel their enquiries or feedback to Northport including walk-in, Toll free-line, Hunting Line, Fax and e-mail. Leading edge technology employed in the customer service centre ensures that enquiries and feedback are routed to the most appropriately skilled Customer Service Consultant and tracked for easy monitoring in future.
Northport's Customer Service Centre is the latest in a line of strategic investments made by Northport to position the company as the leader in customer service amongst the Malaysian port terminals. The objective of the Customer Service Centre is to enhance the overall customer experience provided by Northport by having a single point of contact for all our customers.
Northport's Customer Service Centre operates in 2 shifts:-
First shift 8am to 4pm
Second shift 4pm to 12 am
