DANGEROUS GOODS (DG) CONTAINER

1. Dangerous Goods' containers are containers that contain hazardous materials which are capable of posing a significant risk to health, safety or property while being transported
     
  (a) For DG classified under Group I, which has to be taken or loaded direct, an application in writing should be made to the Port Klang Authority prior to the vessel's arrival.
  (b)

For DG, Group II, the container should also be taken direct or loaded direct. However, if direct delivery/loading is not possible, an application in writing should be made to the Port Klang Authority prior to the vessel's arrival.

  (c)

For DG, Group III, the container can be stored at the designated storage yard.
